Painting with light

#1
This photo was shot having the subject (Matt) stand still with his arms up. There were two people who used two different coloured lights (Orange and Blue) to illuminate the outline of the subjects body and arms. This photo was shot with the camera set to a 30 second shutter speed and the aperture F5.5. This photo demonstrates great lines and beautiful technique by moving the colours in such a way that it illuminates the subject perfectly.

To create this photo my camera was set to a 15 second shutter speed and had the aperture set to F5.5. This photo demonstrates the use of a phone light (white) and another phone with orange plastic over it. This creates the effect of two different colours to really draw the viewers attention to the red light. I enjoyed taking this photo because it demonstrates great ability to "paint with light" and was overall a great shot.

#3

This photo was a great demonstration of painting with light with steel wool. The subject executed this very well by lighting it and spinning it in circles. My camera was set to 30 seconds exposure time, ISO 1600 and aperture F8. This photo was very well put together and shows the ability to paint with light very well.
